Mum's sewing noon ...

This is Mum doing one of those insane things she finds herself agreeing to. Nana made this jacket for Mum in her twenties and it seemed perfect to keep Amy warm on the day, but had a few stains on it.

Mum tried everything to remove them but with no success. I think she's gone for cutting them out and invisible mending them.

In my own 'like mother, like daughter' moment I still have a wedding ring cushion to make before I get on the plane on Saturday (oh, and a tender due at work). Wish me luck!
