Can’t find your download?

If you’ve purchased a PDF quilt pattern, a download link is sent to you via email. We recommend checking in your spam folder as a first option. If you still cannot find it, please email us at hello@stitchandyarn.com

Can I get a refund?

If you've accidentally purchased the same pattern more than once, please get in touch within 60 days of your purchase. We're happy to exchange the duplicate purchase for another pattern of the same value. When you contact us, please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the name of the pattern you'd like instead.

Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on digital pattern purchases.

For paper patterns or quilt we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please email us at hello@stitchandyarn.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
